Q: What types of payment do you accept?
A: We gladly accept Paypal and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) payments through our secure checkout. At time of checkout you can either choose from our merchant service directly on the site or Pay Pal.
Q: When will my credit/debit card be billed for the transaction?
A: Right away, as soon as you place your order we bill you immediately.
Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: We're required by state law to implement sales tax where we have a presence. That means all Alabama shipping addresses will incur 4% sale tax.
Q: How do I track my order status?
A: Most orders ship within 2 business days. We will email you tracking immediately upon shipping your item to your email address on file or simply Sign In to your account on the Jackdaw Landing website, Click on My Account, and View Order Status. From here you can track your package all the way to your door.

Q: What's the shipping cost to ship to MY country?
A: Shipping prices are based on actual weight of items purchased and calculated at time of checkout. At checkout you can click Estimate Shipping to see rates and available shipping methods.
Q: I placed an order but the site said that my card was declined but my bank records show I was charged, what gives?
A: If you make an order and your credit/debit card is declined for any reason other than insufficient funds the funds are held by your financial institution until the transaction in question is settled. Transactions are usually pending for a period of 3-5 business days (or whenever the credit card authorization batch is cleared).
Your billing information needs to match perfectly with your credit card billing address or the card will be declined. If you experience difficulties with your payment, feel free to email [email protected] and we can assist you with your payment.
Q: Have you received my payment yet?
Credit card payments should clear within a few minutes and you should receive a confirmation email shortly after you have paid.
You should receive a payment confirmation email after your payment clears Paypal. Credit/Debit cards and payments using Paypal funds should clear within minutes. Bank Transfers (transactions using your bank account) take about 2 to 4 days to clear.
Does my billing address have to match my credit card statement?
If you are paying by credit card, your billing address must match your credit card billing address (i.e. the address your statements are sent to).

How to Return or Exchange an Item:

3) Click the View Details button under the correct order you wish to make a return.
4) Click the “Add New RMA” button in red and select the items you wish to return or exchange.
5) Please include any pertinent information under the My Comment section for size/item exchanges.
6) Click the “Save” button in red.
7) We will send you your RMA number via email separately and notify of your refund or exchange once we've received and processed the RMA.
If you don't have your original packing slip make sure to put a note inside your return with your name, order number, RMA number and request.

What is your Return Policy?
• A Return Authorization (RMA) number must be issued before any returns will be accepted. The RMA number can be issued from our automated return system on the site or email us at [email protected] if you need assistance. There is no need to email us if you receive an RMA number from the automated system
• Please write you RMA# on the outside of the box
• Returns received by us within 30 days of receipt by you qualify for refund to your original payment method or exchange
• After 30 days all items are Final Sale
• Refunds will be refunded to the original purchase method. If there is a split between store credit and credit card, then store credit will be refunded first, then the credit card
• If your item arrives damaged or not as described, contact us and we will gladly replace it. Any claim for a defective or not as described item must be made within 14 days.
• Exchanges are allowed for size only. Simply include the size you require in your RMA request.
• If your size is out of stock when we receive your package you will be issued a refund
• Include a copy of your invoice along with a request for refund, exchange, or store credit. Please include a contact phone number and email address so that we can get in touch with you if needed
• Please ship with tracking, we are not responsible for packages lost by shipping carriers
• Items listed as “On Sale” are Final Sale
• Lingerie, Clubwear, Shapewear, Cosmetics, Fragrances and Toiletries are Final Sale, no returns
• All items must be in their original packaging and in sellable condition. Any worn, soiled, altered, or customer damaged items will be rejected.
• Shipping cost is non-refundable unless we ship an item in error or it is damaged
•A maximum of $8.25 USD on domestic orders and $42.00 USD for international orders can be refunded for return shipping on qualifying orders
• Returns on orders that utilize free shipping codes will be subject to a reduction in refund or store credit in the amount of $8.25 ground, $27 Standard Overnight, or $42 for International
